Our firm was founded by CPAs, Rhonda Gilbert and Tom Savage, who envisioned an independent financial advisory firm that caters to all aspects of clients’ financial lives. By utilizing their vast experience in accounting and finance, our founders have propelled Keystone from its humble beginnings of simple money management to the highly respected firm that we are today. Now, our team, led by Andrew Gilbert & Ryan McCafferty, continues to uphold our vision of providing a superior service experience and customized strategies that consider all facets of your financial life. Whatever your unique goals may be, our team can help you achieve them by providing actionable solutions and guidance in the areas of portfolio management, personal financial planning, life insurance, and employer sponsored retirement plans.

Rhonda Gilbert, CPA

Rhonda Gilbert, CPA


Rhonda is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Keystone Financial Group. As an accounting and finance professional, Rhonda has over 30 years of experience. She has spoken at numerous associations and corporate functions regarding topics such as strategic financial planning for business owners, business succession, risk management strategies, and tax planning strategies.

Rhonda graduated with a degree in accounting from Georgia College & State University and currently lives in Marietta. Her son Andrew is also a member of the Keystone Financial Group team.

Tom Savage, CPA

Tom Savage, CPA


Tom is co-founder and serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Keystone Financial Group. Tom has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience and often works with clients to help them with financial issues such as retirement planning, risk management strategies, and strategic planning for business owners.

Tom is a graduate of Auburn University with a degree in accounting and currently lives in Suwanee.

Gary Fortier, CPA

Gary Fortier, CPA


Gary serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for Keystone Financial Group. Along with managing the day to day compliance and regulatory requirements for the firm, Gary also assists clients with their financial planning needs. This often includes cash flow projections and budgeting for small business owners, risk management and insurance solutions, and retirement planning needs.

Gary has over 20 years of experience and is also well versed when it comes to financial and accounting systems and how they can help benefit clients.

Gary graduated with a degree in accounting from Bentley College and currently resides in Marietta.

Andrew Gilbert, CFP®

Andrew Gilbert, CFP®


Andrew serves as the Chief Investment Officer for Keystone Financial Group. As Chief Investment Officer, Andrew is responsible for designing and monitoring investment portfolios for clients based on their needs, goals, and personal financial situation.

Aside from closely monitoring client investments, Andrew also assists clients with retirement plan design and implementation for small business owners, investment taxation strategies, and general financial planning strategies.

He graduated with a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University in 2009 where he was also a member of the baseball team. In 2011, he completed the financial planner program at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. Andrew is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and currently lives in Marietta.

Ryan McCafferty, CFP®

Ryan McCafferty, CFP®

Financial Advisor

Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Financial Advisor for Keystone Financial Group. His primary focus is assisting individuals and small/medium size business owners in the areas of portfolio management, personal financial planning, life insurance, and estate planning. In addition, Ryan helps several of our corporate clients with retirement plan design and implementation, asset protection strategies, and exit planning. 

He graduated with a BBA in Finance from Georgia Southern University in 2011 where he was also a member of the baseball team. Ryan currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and their two children.

Nancy Houska

Nancy Houska

Investment Advisor Representative

Nancy joined Keystone Financial Group, Inc. in 2012 and serves as an Investment Advisor Representative. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day administration of accounts, administrative services for retirement plans and insurance needs and preparing quarterly compliance testing.

Nancy holds her Series 65 securities license and is a Licensed Life Insurance Representative. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Missouri State University and currently resides in Marietta.
